Part two of my journey.🥂

As my entrepreneurial journey evolved, so did my vision. Just before lockdown, I acquired a gym in Knysna, marking the beginning of my expansion beyond wedding planning. After COVID, I took another leap and acquired Mquisite, a premium event planning and decor company serving the Garden Route. Most recently, I introduced Saint Mark’s & Co., a high-end hair salon in Plettenberg Bay.

These ventures, alongside Weddings by Marius, form the M Collection—a luxury-driven portfolio of businesses designed to offer seamless, high-quality experiences. With Mquisite and Saint Mark’s & Co., I’ve been able to keep many aspects of my weddings and events within the circle, ensuring the same standard of excellence my clients expect.

Looking ahead, I’m thrilled about the expansion of the M Collection, including a new salon in Knysna and an exciting luxury lifestyle business launching in September 2026. While details are still under wraps, I can’t wait to share more soon!

At the heart of it all, my work is my passion. I don’t see it as a job — I wake up every day excited to create, plan, and bring visions to life. Weddings by Marius isn’t just a business; it’s a labor of love, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
