Against all odds, the gale force winds that persisted on the 10th October, did not dampen Melissa and Adriaans’ spirits on their special Wedding Day.
Despite the weather challenges the beautiful ceremony was a complete hit. It was conducted in one of Plett’s oldest churches; The St. Georges Anglican Church, and followed by the reception safely nestled within the glass enclosed verandah at Forest Hall, overlooking the powerful ocean and giving rise to an incredibly dramatic setting.
Melissa’s attention to detail harmonized beautifully with ours from the personalised menus, place names, unusually shaped wedding cake and table settings, to her overall whimsical theme to compliment the wedding venue.
The evening was rounded off by DJ Rene and his “Dream Team” keeping guests glued to the dance floor till the early hours of the morning.
